Get informed and find new contacts
Dear Academics and Researchers,
We are delighted to invite you to the EU GREEN Erasmus+ KA2 Cooperation Partnerships Information Session and Brokerage Event, taking place online on Wednesday, 4 November 2026, from 11:00 to 12:30 CET.
The event is aimed at academics and researchers interested in exploring Erasmus+ KA2 funding opportunities and developing collaborative project proposals.
The event has two main objectives:
- Information Session: Introduce the Erasmus+ KA2 Cooperation Partnerships calls.
- Brokerage Event: Provide participants with an opportunity to share/present project concepts, identify potential partners and explore collaborations for upcoming Erasmus+ calls.
Have a project idea?
Then share your concept! Participants who wish to share a project concept and seek potential collaborators are invited to submit a one-page A4 poster outlining:
- Funding Call: The Erasmus+ funding call being targeted.
- Project Concept: A brief description of the proposed project, including a working title (if available).
- Partners Sought: The expertise, geographical regions or types of organisations needed to develop the application and consortium.
- Contact Details: Your name, organisation and email address.
The emphasis is on communicating your idea clearly rather than producing a polished proposal. Note: If you just want to add the required text to an A4 page, this is okay too!
If you would like to present your concept during the session, please indicate this on the registration form.
You are also very welcome to attend without presenting a concept, particularly if you are interested in learning more about Erasmus+ opportunities or joining a potential consortium.
Important Dates
- 30 October 2026: Deadline for event registration.
- 3 November 2026: Deadline for submission of A4 concept posters.
- 4 November 2026: Information Session and Brokerage Event, 11:00–12:30 CET.
