EU GREEN Staff Week 2025: Shaping diversity, inclusion and communication together

Otto-von-Guericke-University Magdeburg is delighted to host the EU GREEN Staff Week from 18 to 21 November 2025. This Staff Week will bring together representatives from our partner universities to deepen cooperation in the areas of inclusion, diversity and communication, work packages 7 and 9 of EU GREEN respectively.

Participants will have the opportunity to develop strategic approaches to promoting inclusion and diversity in joint meetings of work packages 7 and 9. Workshops will provide a space for exchanging best practices and innovative communication strategies to further improve the impact of these measures, as well as the co-development of inclusive language practices. An important element of Staff Week is the presentation of projects by partner universities, showcasing successful initiatives that can serve as inspiration for similar projects within the alliance. This Staff Week will end with a final discussion focusing on feedback and evaluation, as well as a heartfelt invitation to our EU GREEN colleagues to attend our yearly academic ceremony, celebrating the achievements of the OVGU.

This week provides a platform for joint learning and the establishment of sustainable partnerships for a future-oriented educational landscape within the EU GREEN Alliance.
